Right Now, On Time and Amen

King David offered up this prayer to God on behalf of his son Solomon, the successor to the throne:

O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, our fathers, keep this forever in the intent of the thoughts of the heart of Your people, and fix their heart toward You. And give my son Solomon a loyal heart to keep Your commandments and Your testimonies and Your statutes, to do all these things, and to build the temple for which I have made provision.” 1 Chronicles 29:18-19

1 Chronicles 29:1, David said, “Solomon my son is young and inexperienced and the work is great because the temple is not for man, but for God”.  As it is today, your body is the temple of  the Holy Ghost and it belongs to God. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). The bible refers to David as a man after Gods own heart because he was faithful and loyal. (Acts 13:22)  Of all the things King David could have asked of God, he prayed for his son Solomon to have a loyal heart towards the things of God. David understood the importance of having a heart after God. David was not a perfect man, but when he failed, he did not make excuses or pass blame to someone else. He acknowledged his shortcomings, bowed his face before God, repented of his sins; and accepted the outcome for the consequences of his actions.

David’s prayer of having a heart fix towards God is a powerful Right now, On time and Amen word for today’s church.  God give us a loyal heart to follow your commandments, testimonies, and statues. A heart that is loyal to God stands for the things that are of God and will not compromise.  Today’s church stands for nothing and falls for just about everything.  If we could only grasp what David understood our family, society, you and I would be different.

Let this be our prayer today and always to have a have a loyal heart, a heart fixed towards God.

What Happen To Your Rulership?

My desire is for women to be restored to their rightful place of rulership of Grace, Femininity, Beauty, Temperance, and Excellence.  Together they work from within and shine outwardly. The enemy of our soul works counterclockwise in that he uses the exterior and destroys what is on the inside. There is a direct correlation between rulership and judgment.  In order to effectively rule, there must be the practice of sound judgment.  When rulership is void of sound judgment, a poor rulership is inevitable.  Rulership is a choice.  You can either rule or be ruled.  Walking in rulership is important because it sets order and establishes boundaries.  God (YAH) has given us rulership over our conduct, appearance, and speech.  These things have rulership over you by choice. Rulership is the difference between YAH's people and the world. Rulership is living the way YAH (God) intended for us to live before the foundation of the world. It is time ...

Umbrella Lady

I have always admired this picture...the elegant lady with the umbrella...It reminds me of an expression my friend often says, " My Umbrella Has Holes ".  She was speaking of her life and some of the things she had experienced.  When I look at this picture I see my friend, an umbrella with out holes, happy, stately and strong. Do you ever feel like your umbrella has holes?  Life can sure make it feel that way at times.  Perhaps you are a single mother raising children on your own; or a college graduate having difficulty securing a job in your field. You may be a teenager feeling like you don't quite fit in. Maybe you are a victim of rape or incest and you feel so violated that you wonder if you will ever regain your life back. Perhaps you are sadden over a  loss of a job,or dealing with a sickness that have you asking, " Why Me ". These are certainly," My   umbrella has holes moments ". Although we may have our umbrella has holes moments/sea...

Feed My Sheep

Jesus Reinstates Peter John 21:15-20 New International Version (NIV) When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?” “Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.” Jesus said,  “Feed my lambs.” Again Jesus said,  “Simon son of John, do you love me?” He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.” Jesus said,  “Take care of my sheep.” The third time he said to him,  “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time,  “Do you love me?”  He said, “Lord, you know all things;  you know that I love you.” Jesus said,  “Feed my sheep.     Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.”   Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death ...
