Happy Sunday

Isaiah 55:3 Incline your ear, and come to Me. Hear, and your soul shall live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you— The sure mercies of David. When God is silent I am listening      When God is speaking I am silent The blessing for us is to              Hear Him

The Path

Psalms 16:11 You will show me the path of life; In Your presence   is   fullness of joy; At Your right hand   are   pleasures forevermore. I am thankful for the word of God and His promises.  It gives me peace to know that the God of all creation will show me the path of life.  God has a plan and a purpose for our life and He knows how to take us from point A to Z.  Trust in His promise to show you the path of life. Although His path may not be what we expect, we can trust Him to take care of us. He is a good good Father and perfect in all of His ways, He will successfully bring us through. To some, this may be of little importance, but for me, it gives me joy.

Its time to move away from focusing our attention on the outward adornment, or which church has the best choir and which church is more prestigeous. Instead let our focus be the cross and the price Christ paid for you and me, to reconcile us back to the Father. As I write this, I want to cry, because we, who say we know Him, take  lightly that Christ died for the world. We tend to want to keep our head in the sand and say my four and n

Palm Sunday

The Triumphal Entry John 12:12-15 The next day a great multitude that had come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,   took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him, and cried out: “Hosanna! ‘Blessed   is   He who comes in the name of the L ord !’ The King of Israel!” Then Jesus, when He had found a young donkey, sat on it; as it is written: “Fear not, daughter of Zion; Behold, your King is coming, Sitting on a donkey’s colt.” ******* Surrender your heart to Jesus today
